Novastar VX2000 Pro Video Processor Introduction

LEDController Hub

The Novastar VX2000 Pro is an all-in-one video processor and controller designed for managing large-scale LED displays. It integrates video processing and control functions into a single industrial-grade device, offering high performance for demanding applications such as rental stages, permanent installations, and fine-pitch LED screens.

Key features include support for up to 13 million pixels output (maximum resolution of 16,384 pixels wide by 8,192 pixels high), with a maximum input resolution of 4K×2K@60Hz. The device provides multiple input connectors—such as DP 1.2, HDMI 2.0 and 1.3, 10G optical fiber ports, and 12G-SDI—and 20 Gigabit Ethernet output ports for flexible signal distribution. It also includes a 3D emitter connector and audio input/output capabilities for comprehensive media handling.

The VX2000 Pro supports three operating modes: video controller, fiber converter, and ByPass, enabling low-latency operation (down to 0 frame delay) and output synchronization via internal or external Genlock. It offers advanced video processing features like 12-layer display management, mosaic input for HDMI sources, pixel-level brightness and chroma calibration, and color adjustment tools. Image scaling modes (full screen, pixel to pixel, custom) and EDID management further enhance display quality.

Control options are diverse, including a front panel knob, NovaLCT software, Unico web interface, and VICP app, with support for up to 256 user presets. The device ensures reliability with end-to-end backup across devices, inputs, and Ethernet/fiber ports, data retention after power failure, and certifications including CE, FCC, and RoHS.
